I don't think anybody has suggested that religion is relevant to any decision to be made here, in fact, there is no decision to be made.
AngelRho seems to be having trouble accepting the decision made by his wife and grandmother and a couple of people have mentioned his faith as a possible source of comfort to him in the hope that it will help him to accept that decision. There is nothing more we can do. Even if we all agreed with him I doubt it would help him to influence the people with the right and authority to make the decision.
