The 9-9-9 tax code apparently came from Sim City

One thing to point out, too: Mr. Cain certainly isn't the first presidential aspirant to advocate a national sales tax.

Jerry Brown also advocated a national sales tax. His campaign didn't get very far at all.

I suppose that this issue may make Mr. Cain a Liberal in "Conservative" clothing, or Mr. Brown a "Conservative" in Liberal clothing, or make the issue one that transcends partisanship.

Perhaps Fox News and Hate Radio commentators don't want to point this out, for fear of appearing "racist?"

Actually Fox News has asked Herman Cain about this, and he pointed out that what people aren't taking into account is his plan involves throwing out the entire Federal Tax Code and replacing it with his 9-9-9 plan.

Meaning that while we will have a sales tax, it will be offset by the fact there would be a bunch of other taxes that no longer had to be paid.

No longer paid by the rich, that is. We already knew that he was planning to replace the existing tax code with his 9-9-9 plan, even if we don't watch Fox News.

It is all about more money for the rich, less for the poor and middle class.

Just turn 9-9-9 upside down to see where this tax scheme really came from!

And Pat Robertson thought that the Anti-Christ was a Jew. Boy, he must feel awefully silly, now.

Does Cain's 9-9-9 tax plan add up?

It does seem odd that this plan is, for the time being at least, so intriguing to so many Americans.

They really haven't given any thought to how this plan is going to screw them over. For now, they are just fascinated by the apparent simplicity and numbing brilliance of a simple series of numbers. The simple 666 has stirred the imaginations of Christians for thousands of years. Now, it is 999.

Maybe it is just a fact that the majority of Americans (and all Conservatives) are intellectually lazy and profoundly stupid, and Mr. Cain knows how to use this fact to his own advantage.

Certainly the favourite part of the Bible for most Christians is Revelations 13

Quote:
Then I saw a beast coming up out of the sea. It had ten horns and seven heads; on each of its horns there was a crown, and on each of its heads there was a name that was insulting to God. The beast looked like a leopard, with feet like a bear's feet and a mouth like a lion's mouth. The dragon gave the beast his own power, his throne, and his vast authority. One of the heads of the beast seemed to have been fatally wounded, but the wound had healed. The whole earth was amazed and followed the beast. Everyone worshiped the dragon because he had given his authority to the beast. They worshiped the beast also, saying, "Who is like the beast? Who can fight against it?"

The beast was allowed to make proud claims which were insulting to God, and it was permitted to have authority for forty-two months. It began to curse God, his name, the place where he lives, and all those who live in heaven. It was allowed to fight against God's people and to defeat them, and it was given authority over every tribe, nation, language, and race. All people living on earth will worship it, except those whose names were written before the creation of the world inthe book of the living which belongs to the Lamb that was killed.

Listen, then, if you have ears! Whoever is meant to be captured will surely be captured; whoever is meant to be killed by the sword will surely be killed by the sword. This calls for endurance and faith on the part of God's people.

Then I saw another beast, which came up out of the earth. It had two horns like a lamb's horns, and it spoke like a dragon. It used the vast authority of the first beast in its presence. It forced the earth and all who live on it to worship the first beast, whose wound had healed. This second beast performed great miracles; it made fire come down out of heaven to earth in the sight of everyone. And it deceived all the people living on earth by means of the miracles which it was allowed to perform in the presence of the first beast. The beast told them to build an image in honor of the beast that had been wounded by the sword and yet lived. The second beast was allowed to breathe life into the image of the first beast, so that the image could talk and put to death all those who would not worship it. The beast forced all the people, small and great, rich and poor, slave and free, to have a mark placed on their right hands or on their foreheads. No one could buy or sell without this mark, that is, the beast's name or the number that stands for the name.

This calls for wisdom. Whoever is intelligent can figure out the meaning of the number of the beast, because the number stands for the name of someone. Its number is 666.

The description of the first beast sounds exactly like it could have been lifted from an anime movie. We already know that Mr. Cain derives inspiration from anime movies and computer games.

Mr. Cain does speak like a dragon, and wears a hat, possibly to conceal his lamb's horns.

Image

It does seem miraculous how Mr. Cain is able to deceive people. Watch for him to have some sort of image erected to honor whatever anime character most closely resembles the description of the First Beast.

The number 999 has already come to stand for Mr. Cain's name. It isn't rocket science that this is merely 666 upside down.

With the new stream of federal revenue coming in through his new sales tax, this completes the perfect triangle (9% income tax + 9% business tax + 9% new sales tax).

Now, no-one is going to be able to buy or sell anything, without proof of having paid the national sales tax.

Again, this isn't rocket science, but if 999 didn't refer to Nero, then the new 3-digit number clearly refers to Mr. 999 himself as the Second Beast prophesied in Revelations.

@ pandabear

I thought you were an atheist...

Anyways, Herman Cain's idea actually has some pretty good merits. If the US suddenly has the lowest corporate tax rates and the idiotic regulations (not all regulations, just the idiotic ones) get tossed out, we suddenly become the most desireable place for businesses in the world. Those corporations will have to employ people here, and that will mean lots and lots of Jobs.
