You say that, but now Libya is in a greater state of segregation, sectarianism, inter tribal conflict and dissaray than it ever was under the Jamahiriya. Its not widely mentioned in the western media but the black flag of Al Quaeda now flies in front of the Government building in Tripoli were the green flag once flew.
