Not to make assumptions, but I'm guessing there arent too many liberals on the Ozarks. In my experience most country folk are at least conservative leaning.


I have ears and I can read. Anyone on this forum can read the angry howlings from the left on what Fox News says, or Limbaugh, Glen Beck, Sean Hannity, etc, etc......


Binoculars or better yet a good spotting scope is best for that. If you're implying I'm an assassin who shoots people in their living rooms then that would be a wrong assumption. Glass deflects bullets and the greater the distance between the "target" and the window the greater the possible error that has to be taken into consideration.

This area does have Republicans,but they have been that way since the civil war,(like my family),but there are very liberal areas like Eureka Springs,Fayetteville,and my voting district.
Many run on the independent ticket here and get elected.
My Dad served at Attu,really nasty battle.They were trained in the desert then deployed to the artic.They didn't even have the right gear or supplies.I've got some photots of him there,but photobucket won't work right now.I've got his dog tags,service bible and some of his medals.I did have a stack of photos he took there, about two inches thick.They got stolen by a low life of a family member.They were really good photos,some of the fighter planes with teeth and other designs on them,and one of a womanless beauty pageant,quansit huts,the land,everything.Not only did this person steal them from me,they stole history that could have been shared with others.I'm lucky to have the three I do.
