I am....I am saying most Jews who came as refugees did not do "terrible things", they are mostly innocent people who were victims of war or anti-Semitism trying to get on with their lives.

How about the Stern gang and Irgun? Are you pretending that they didn't do terrible things to establish the Israeli state? How about Haganah? Those are the three terrorist organizations that the IDF was created from.

It's terrible that many of those people had been though terrible experiences, but that doesn't mean they're entitled to take their trauma out on the Palestinians, ethnically cleansing them and stealing their homes.

The Holocaust doesn't excuse the Nakba CD and it doesn't reflect well upon you to keep pretending like it does.

How exactly is a Jewish refugee (or immigrant for that matter) responsible for past zionist actions? By your logic your own ancestors and mine were also entitled to "take their trauma out on native peoples" by profiting from their dispossession by past colonial empires. As I said before, Jewish citizens are entitled to ask the same thing of us.

You're ignoring the root cause of the problem and hoping if Israel just punishes the people who's land they've stolen hard enough that eventually the violence will stop.

It's not the job of the victim to seek peace with their abuser, it's the abuser's responsibility to stop being an abuser.
