The roots of Wicca go back to the Druids of Celtic society. The Romans were masters of ridicule.

If you want to pretend your religion goes back thousands of years that's your right. However just because you lifted concepts from ancient religions doesn't change the fact that your religion was founded in the 50's.

Wicca is a new religion
witchcraft and paganism arre thousands of years old
the god was Pan
he was the symbol of man's basic instics
aka sex and desire
one of the reasons he was made to look evil
as Christians think sex is evil  and it wasn't shunned to pagans
(they dance naked around a fire for ex) nudity is a sacred thing to wiccans
it shows you hide nothing before the gods :)

The word "witch" translates to "wise" or "wise woman/man", which is why the rhp incorporates it with "evil".

It's not discrimination if you hate all of them equally.

Do you hate atheism, too? If you don't then you haven't covered all of your bases and are pushing discrimination.

I dont believe atheism counts here, as it is the absence of religion.

If we are talking about discrimination it should count. Atheism is an alternative to religion, an atheist would be being discriminatory to hate all religons but not his own set of beliefs. That would be like an Native American person saying that he hates all races but does not hate Native Americans. It's slightly different because there is no alternative to race, unless you count mixed race. Race encompasses all people, so to not be discriminatory you have to hate everyone including yourself, or hate nobody. To get all of the belief systems that encompass humanity atheism would have to be included, too.

Your right, atheism is an alternitive to religion, however that doesnt make it a religion. It is a belief, but the word belief doesnt have to literally translate to "religion". So it does make sense for an atheist to claim they hate all religions, because their belief is not a religion.

I never said atheism was a religion, I just said that because not everybody has religion an atheist can't just claim to hate all religions without being discriminatory unless they hate themselves, too. If that makes any sense.

I actually thought about that as well before, as we have seen that on hollywood films and tv, as society might be bombarded with that kind of stereotypes a lot from different sources, including christianity, probably.
