Zeus - when I admittedly believed in one.

My childhood years, I devoured Greek Mythology.

I dunno. I do not know if it is male or female, or neither, I do not have any clue. If I had to guess I'd say it probably does not have a physical form.

I am polythiestic but my primary goddess is Aphrodite. I am Wicca and Unitarian Universalist and Aphrodite is the goddess I feel the biggest connection with, I do not feel connected to any gods, only goddesses and faeries.

:? :(

I think that's Santa Claus, in July.

I'm more pantheist, so to me the universe is an infinite consciousness that everything makes up. Thus, everything that exists is a piece of "god" as i consider actuall existence to be "god".

Not sure they look like people...may be, invisible powers? Anyway, it's Nature, the most unexplored thing the world.

I too am a Pastafarian. I take up piracy to save the world from global warming, RAmen.
Seriously though, I have no deities. The closest I come to a theism is pantheism. I have enormous reverence for life. I don't worship anything though.

Since Adam in the picture has a bellybutton I doubt Michaelangelo knew much of the appearance of God.

What do you expect? After all, this is only someone's idea of what God looks like. Naturally Yahweh God is depicted here as a white man. A European conceit if ever there was one. Someone said God cannot be seen and is only evident; I agree with that statement.

God is unapproachable fire. Even the angels can't look upon the Countenance of God. I don't believe God has a face or appearance that human beings can know. Christians believe the Creator of the universe to be without attributes and this without form or face.

I'm pretty sure most christians still believe god is that guy perched on the throne with white flowing hair and a beard to boot, eyes that could smolder flesh with a simple glance.

What are you talking about?

What you described is definitely not my idea of God. You envision a monster. :shameonyou:
