Hillary Clinton
Whether people make too big a deal over such things or not could be argued (and I would say they probably do) but you often come across as so confrontational that people are less willing to listen to any legitimate points you happen to make. Fight the anti-PC war some other time, right now it's getting in the way of what you were initially trying to communicate.

Nope, no sexism there.
[quote="snake321"]I call some straight people fags or some mentally abled people ret*d, I'm not knocking a group of people, it's no different than if I called them an idiot or a sissy.
/quote]
Why describe straight people as fags, or mentally abled people as ret*ds? That makes no sense.
And in my experience, most people that call others sissies have a machismo problem -it's not that they are a confident, self-assured male. They have usually been bullies.
*sigh*
There sonly one problem anyone needs with Hillary as a candidate.
She is contemptably weak in every meaning of the word.
Everything everyone says about her "experience" is garbage. Hillary's experience was being married to Bill for 8 years while he was the president. Her one attempted contribution to his presidency, that children's healthcare plan, got her laughed back into the kitchen, literally. She went from attempting to write government policy to appearing on talk shows and sharing cookie recipes.
As a Senator, she has accomplished nothing. She has said a lot of words, and the Democrats have let it look like she was doing things because they want to ride the high from Bill's 8 years, and because the Clinton name is losing it's magic and Hillary's run has to be utilized as soon as possible. But as a Senator, she has done nothing. She has done so little that she hasn't even become a failure along the lines of Tom Daschle and Lindsey Graham.
Hillary knows nothing, has accomplished nothing, and has all the spine of a planarian.
Seriously, whenever I hear someone say that people are intimidated by a strong woman, it makes me want to vomit, because calling Hillary a strong woman is an insult to the female gender in its entirety.

Maryland has a senator named Barbara Mikulski, who - and correct me if I'm wrong, Democrats, but it's my understanding that being anti-war is very important for you, right? Well, Senator Mikulski has been anti-war since Gulf War 1, has over 20 years of experience in the Senate, and years of House experience on top of that, and she rose up through the local ranks of government. As opposed to Hillary, who had nothing to do with New York before moving there after Bill's terms were up.
If it weren't for Dennis Kucinich, I'd say Hillary was the worst senator in the nation.
Hillary is a poverty pimp and same old line " I feel your pain " and government is here to help releave the suffering. She has no clue at all how private industry works and said something last night about the government creating jobs threw goverment spending. Obama said something about tax policy should lean towards favoring domestic production.
To reiterate, I'm for Obama. But I am bothered by the ignorance of some people who sneer at Sen. Clinton's experience as First Lady. Sure, there are some of them who don't do much of significance, and there is a certain stereotype associated with the role. But there are some strong, politically involved women who've held the job, dating back to the days of Abigail Adams and Dolly Madison. I've heard the joke that "Eleanor Roosevelt was our first lesbian president." During the Clinton administration, right-wingers hardly stopped complaining about not just Hillary and Bill, but "Billary" as a single unit. I admire her for trying to change the role of First Lady, even though she got completely nailed for it. I know many people who are economic leftists castigate her for failing to implement universal health care. There is some merit to that, don't get me wrong. But I also think Bill bears at least part of the blame. He could have given the proposal more political backing. I also think that, sadly, many Americans are just phobic to the idea of nationalizing healthcare. I wish it were not the case, but I don't blame Sen. Clinton for that entirely. I actually prefer her healthcare plan to Obama's, but I believe Obama may stand a better chance at actually implementing change. Some of this has to do with Sen. Clinton's personality and political skills, but a lot of it simply has to do with the fact that she's polarized people, through little fault of her own.
lol, many people here have Bush Derangement Syndrome as well.

seems most people who want something for nothing are the types currently living off other people and have no clue what it's like to have what they work for taken away from them and things just handed to people who don't work for them.

The clintons can't even run their own lives and the killary election machine is a bunch of hacks. If the best she can hire is a bunch of flunkies to run her campaign, not a good idea to elect her President.
She lacks basic management 101 surround yourself with good people, kind of hard to do with the clinton track record because good people don't want to be associated with anyone named clinton. We had 8 years of scandles and a whole comedy industry grew to make fun of them.
America runs on faith, not religious faith. Faith in the economy, faith in honest dealings. The Bush bashing news media along with the mortgage mess has stripped the american people of their faith tomorrow will be better than today.
Under comrade clinton imported oil doubled, not in price, in barrels so it was bound to sky rocket in price and under comrade clinton imports exploded on the consumer goods side also.
What CNN Communist News Network will never point out is exports have grown twice as fast under the great president Bush and we are turning the corner on both inported oil and consumer crap as we undo the rain of terror the clintons left in their wake as they stole the whitehouse silverware and fled town leaving behind an economy in shambles and a $6 trillion dollar stock maket crash for the next guy to deal with and he has done a fine job in spite of Greenspan's stupidity.
That is because you are full of hate so vote for whoever you think will screw people the most.
It's easy to spot hate filled liberals on the road, they block traffic on the interstate, give everyone on the road a hard time, sit at green lights acting like they didn't notice it changed to try and make people behind them sit through another red light and sure want gun control because some gang bagger might put a cap in their head for being miserable jerks while driving.
They are even easy to spot in grocery stores, they block the whole isle so nobody can get by and than act like they are doing people a favor by getting out of their way.
Which scandlas would those be?
Lying to the American people?
About our reasons for going to war?
About a personal affair that has nothing to do with American policy or interests?
Whitewater?
Haliburton?

I always thought it was thoughtless conservatives in their SUVs who did those things, not people who think like me. What are thet conserving with that SUV?

Okay, I got an easy one for you, John. Right now, tax cuts are in the works to stimulate the economy. What was the reason for the last round of tax cuts, when there was a budget surplus? Oh, I remember, it was because the tax-payers know how to spend their tax dollars better than the government does. That seems to have worked really well.
