I dont see how it is possible to naytionalise the world when it is made up of different nations. I take it this is a joke or a call to do away with nations altogether. Sounds like a good idea but we should have local control but do away with the idea of nationhood. Come on people, lets all join hands and make the dream come true.

Do it through the U.N. make it one government for all, and that government is responsible for us all, that is how it should be done.

Maybe that is to simple but the simple is how it should be done.

Nationhood has to go. For we are all HUMANS ARE WE NOT.

WE ARE FROM ONE EARTH ARE WE NOT.

I agree with you kevv, sometime in the future when we are ready for it that would be good, with local 'administrations' the size of small countries or states having a lot of control over things. There would be a lot of people against it like lawyers and '"patriots" but these people either profit from the world being so devided or are xenophobes so we should carry on regardless.

There is a never a good time. We have to make it too see it do it do we not. You and RobertN call for a for social change when is it a better time, to make the change, would You tell me.

Well first wed need a stronger more united international community and UN. Right now it just wouldnt happen because of the devisions and mistrust around the world. I think we should learn to work together better in the world and work out how to deal with issues that devide us like money, facilities etc. It's learning to walk before we can run.

Of course this is just my opinion and im just one person who isnt a politician so im not claiming to be able to make a difference but if enough of us commoners around the world thought along the same lines then it could happen. I just personally dont see all world issues being resolved in my lifetime when far greater and more influential people than me have called for more unity on world issues and failed to change the world.

You are right it is up to all of us in society especially us commoners to truly make this change or leave it up to God to do just so. To many are afraid of God to let Him do it, are we not. If we can not get together as one WORLD, then it might be up to God to do, and not US TO DO. We make ourselves so important and our nations more important, than make HUMANS IMPORTANT. It gets us nowhere in the end does it not. We must decide or I think God will decide for us all. No matter who we are in the end.

I was born 1963 my parents where not even hippies either, they come from SOUTH DAKOTA never fealt the hippie movement where very pro AMERICANS EVEN FOR VIETNAM. They are Replubicans too.

LOL, is there ever a stereotype that Sean fails to either subscribe to or follow himself? I must admit though that "Imagine" started to play in my mind when i read kevv's post but im far from a hippy and i agree that doing away with national borders and Armies in the future would be a good thing.

This is truly what is needed for all of us humans. Either we leave it up to God or it is up to US to DECIDE our fate as HUMANS THEN.

Kevv, i agree but if we wait for a fairy tale character to do anything we'l be waiting a long time. That is why we must work on things ourselves as human beings.

I generally take Eamonn's stance here. Things will not change overnight, and if they did, it might be too much of a shock to us all!! However, we need to get cracking on things NOW, and influence decisions, however small, in the hope it will make a difference in the long run.

There is a third way though and the only realsitic way. We need send the R signal. Renagade is our only hope in the fight against evil, he reformed me by teaching me that being evil is wrong and COULD just be our only hope. Where are you Renagade? We NEED you!
