@JBlitzen: Again, had you bothered reading what I wrote, you would see that I actually criticised the first video (the one I linked as a WP post) because of a very poor edit which appeared to be attempting to construct the case that he was heckled. I said that the audio before the supposed heckling occurred should have been preserved, because without that it wasn't possible to see the full event and properly judge.
The second video, the first you linked, addressed that and it's now perfectly clear that he'd paused in his statement and asked a rhetorical question - the shouting was in response to that, and it was this which wasn't clear in the first video. I even referenced the approximate timing in your first linked video at which the cut in the earlier video occurred.
And now you link another video which essentially shows the same thing - the events occurring shortly before he turned to look at the people shouting and gestured, saying "Allright".
Even seeing the full event, I still don't consider this as heckling, in the strictest sense, because he'd paused and posed that question.
So, you can get off your conspiracy horse now.
You'll note that after the shouting, the chairman says "Please, no comments while Mr. Heslin is speaking", attempting to restore order to the proceedings so clearly, the shouting was an unwelcome intrusion.
What you miss, again, and spectacularly, as being such an inappropriately timed and insensitive, selfish thing to shout - I am not going to bother explaining again.
I doubt it would pass those special "from my cold, dead hands" blinkers you seem to be wearing.
