Make Palin his VP and we have a winning team!! !

Better than "President Quayle" could have ever been.

Are we sure Trump & Quayle are not related?

The POTUS is just a PR guy anyhow, he's the person who takes the blame for everyone else.
Definitely not king of the world.
The founding fathers would be appalled at how highly we hold the position of president.

I totally agree with you. President Donald Trump would make a fabulous character for comedy films. Something like the roles that Jim Carrey has played.

One of the plots would be that the states in the southwest are finding that their natural born citizens are migrating into Mexico.

Another one is someone who works in the White House has discovered that there something looks odd with what used to be beautiful and very valuable antique furniture. This just started when President Trump moved in. Little do they know that the real antiques are being sold and replaced with cheap copies. Can you guess who is pocketing the money? No, the Vice President had nothing to do with it! My wild and strange imagination just doesn't know when to stop! :!:

Trump recently put his 20,000 sq ft mansion in Connecticut on the market.
It is the most GAWD AWFUL TACKY thing anyone could ever come up with.
Are we sure we want this guy living in a national monument? Possibly re-decorating?

Yup, America's new sit-com / reality show.... "The Trump House"
We could do it "the Office" style.
We could have the Kardashians be those typical "annoying neighbors" that always drop by unannounced like in every sit com. Always having sexually suggestive antics with the secret service :P

Hell yeah!!

Trump's got my vote.....

With vacations at camp Dav... I mean Camp Donald!

he could get backing from Disney ROTFLMAO!! !! !

We could get at least 8 seasons out of it. Even if he doesn't get re-elected, he doesn't go away.

"Um, Donny,.... you're not president anymore.....um,.... sir."
"You're fired!!"
"You can't fire me sir, I'm from the hospital, we're here to help you."
"You're both fired!!"

should he be elected, America will be widely derided, and rightly so, it will IMHO be seen as worse than shrub having been reelected by a wide margin.

a nightmare scenario I've heard more scuttlebutt about, is that the election of trump will be seen worldwide as the last straw, and waves of nations will adopt other currencies in place of the dollar as reserve. we will be punished for our national stupidity.

So what's the chance of him actually becoming the president? As a Norwegian, I have absolutely no idea why anyone would ever want to vote for him. But he seems awfully popular. And I don't see any democrat with the same popularity.

with the possible exception of Bernie Sanders, especially if he chose Elizabeth Warren as a running mate. there is a major portion of the democratic party that would line up behind those two. the democratic party is in danger of splitting.

Hmmm... I assumed he would be too leftist for a major part of the US. Wouldn't his political standpoints be considered more socialistic than Obama's? I really do hope he would win, I agree with most of his standings. What little I know anyways.

Bernie is left of Obama. That's why so many of us Democrats and liberals like him.

Bernie won't be the nominee and won't be considered as running mate but I think Elizabeth Warren is likely the VP pick of whoever wins the nomination which will be either Hillary or Biden. Biden is a lot more likable personality wise and keeps his nose clean, he's a more electable general election candidate but record wise he is just as vulnerable if not more. Joe Biden was the man who wrote the PATRIOT ACT for what its worth. The Dem bench is pretty sad, if Warren was running then Hillary would be trailing by a decent amount I think by this point.

As a Norwegan, YOU have a better shot at becoming president.

In American politics, they like to bring out a huge distraction like this so that everyone focuses on trivial issues.
That way the other candidates can say anything they want, then do the complete opposite once in office.

We have a completely useless and broken system here.

Ideas that WILL start a civil war in this country.

Trump will make a great President!

While others pander to some small group, Trump speaks of the major problems that have been ignored for decades.

America likes Trump, the rest are not even liked in their own party.

Dangerous ideas? He might cause a civil war?

This rasies another question ; why do so many consider socialistic ideas dangerous? Socialistic ideas would HELP the vast majority of citizens by giving them the income they deserve to a decent tax rate along with various rights that allows them to live a normal life. And the ability to actually get healthcare when they need it.

Oh and some level of gun control so that the people who owns guns know how to use, knows to keep it safe ( ideally in a dedicated, locked, safe ) and don't feel like they need it in order to feel some kind of power.

And the idea of a police that doesn't want to randomly beat up people for no reason, or take their money just because they think possible there's a tiny minute chance it could be something criminal behind it.

Sorry if I sound ranting, just want to know the reasoning behind it :)

There are plenty of socialistic ideas and things in the US that people are just fine with

I think secession needs to be put back on the table, we shouldn't be afraid of self determination. If the states cannot maintain their own sovereignty then leaving the union really is the only other option they given. Everything should be decentralized, we'd be so much better off anyway.
