I think it was Raptor if I'm not mistaken. So let me get this straight you're taking the "but he started it" position?
Actually I think it was your little fish buddy that started it by calling me a concern troll. I got a laugh out of it but technically it's still a personal attack/name calling.
you realize how hypocritical you sound when you crow about leftists being dumb every 5th post, which isn't allowed under the rules either.

I didn't say that. I just meant that you are diving into the gutter with the rest of them.

This thread was destined for the gutter from the start so no one should be surprised.
Really; legitimately scaredabout Trump becoming president? My vanity wouldnt allow me to write anything like that about any politician unless I was joking.

You can't have a forum for the express purpose of discussing politics, philosophy, and religion without the kind of discord we commonly have here. It might be possible in theory but not in practice. It's definitely not the forum for the thin skinned.
It's not the forum for people who can't read and resort to petty insults instead of discourse either.

Honestly, can't we all express our opinions -- and insult the f**k out of each other -- without the recipient getting all bent out of shape? Jesus!

There are funny insults and then there are rude insults - being called a "racist" and a "bigot" is reaching the bottom of the barrel. Just because someone didn't vote for the A-hole in the White House doesn't mean they are racist. It hits a sore spot with me because I've lost friends over being called a racist for the same reason . I didn't take that crap off my friends and I'm not going to tolerate it here without saying something right back. I'm not an f'n racist.

The highest honor a liberal can bestow upon you are the titles of racist, bigot, nazi, troll, and bully.
Wear them proudly! :D

Hillary would be a lame duck on day 1, she'd be impeached. Her being president will not happen, if she is the nominee then the Republican will win.

You're right, Mr. R. Give me time, I'm still learning. You have the right attitude. I need to start thinking like that.

It could happen, only somebody with the status and wealth of someone like Michael Bloomberg could leap into the race so late in the process, now I don't know how much Bloomberg would really catch on in Middle America given that he is not all just connected to but pretty much synonymous with Wall Street and had the reputation around the country as a crazy nanny stater as mayor who banned sodas and salt. Old money isn't that old any more, they were never that conservative to begin with and new money even less so. I imagine it has always existed since affluence is still usually done for selfish reasons even if it helps people, it makes them feel good. It's good to have people like this in the world but not all of them have our best interests at heart and a lot take on this paternalistic slave owner role which says society needs an elite ruling class or else everything will all go to hell basically.

Then again I wasn't thinking about it earlier but the DNC wields tremendous influence on who wins the nomination so Hillary collapsing wouldn't necessarily mean that Bernie Sanders would be left with no competition for the nomination except for Martin O'Malley given that so many of the delegates are unbound. I believe they could nominate someone else like Joe Biden without him ever having entering the primaries, maybe I'm getting it confused but I know the GOP has some rule that you have to win some number of states to be nominated but I'm not sure if the DNC do. Give Bernie the concession of choosing the VP pick which would probably be Elizabeth Warren and a prime time speech during the convention.

I don't know how ambitious or egomaniacal Bloomberg is, I don't think he'd run unless he thought he could win and there was some reason for it which there is something of a perfect storm going on with Trump, Hillary, and Bernie. I think if the DNC nominates someone he finds acceptable then he wouldn't run since the reality is he wouldn't have a path in that scenario. His chance is against Trump with Bernie or Hillary or even 1 on 1 so a Joe Biden would pretty much ruin his whole scenario. I think Bernie is ultimately a party guy, he's old and will probably take the backseat for the "greater good" if called upon which is why it's hard for me to take his candidacy or status as a revolutionary seriously since he has been unwilling to campaign against the establishment when face to face to it, Hillary should be the epitome of evil to him and the emails are a big deal and I'm pretty sure if America was tired of hearing about them then it wouldn't be such a huge news story every time something leaks, Hillary being potentially indicted I think is pretty huge deal when it comes who you nominate for president so for him to throw that issue aside was to me was insulting. You can't ignore the elephant in the room with the Clinton's, why should people vote for an old socialist Brooklyn Jew hippie from Vermont that looks like Doc from Back the Future over what the establishment has christened a historic candidacy that has been considered a "sure thing" since the 90s? There is this feeling that Hillary is essentially owed the nomination for being Bill Clinton's wife and then moving aside for Barack Obama. You have to draw contrasts which he has almost flat resisted to do. It's funny, Bernie didn't really start catching up to Hillary nationally and in Iowa until Donald Trump started campaigning no holds bared against the Clinton's. Don't think that had anything to do with his surge?

I mean there are reasons to like Donald I think most sane rational people can agree on, taking out the Bush and Clinton families would be nothing short of a miracle and they're being turned into a dirty word. A demagogue is the only way you can defeat an entrenched establishment, I posted an essay from Murray Rothbard a while ago with his defense of demagogues and the way he described it just made total sense to me. I feel like I get it, what he's doing makes sense to me, like 3D chess. I dunno, maybe I smoke to much. The greatest evils of the 20th century, Adolf Hitler and Joseph Stalin came from backgrounds that make a person hate humanity so hopefully Trump in contrast actually is a patriot for his country and not an evil megalomaniac. You'd like to think given that he's existed in our society and succeeded so much in life that he's genuine in thinking he can help our country. Maybe you disagree as I am sure you do but that's how I have rationalized where I've gone on this. Beyond the bluster and political correctness; I see a competent individual who isn't owned by the moneyed interest that is much more pragmatic then given credit for but at the same time being really the only guy standing against globalist domination. His billions allow him an independence that other politicians don't have and Trump didn't make his money from manipulating the markets or just being the first to do something. Trump built buildings and tons of other ambitious ventures like his resorts and casinos as well his venture into television. Maybe I've been duped, brainwashed, but he simply is the closest viable candidate to my views on issues important to me. I like Rand Paul, he's a good senator but he's not his father and the differences are important to me.

Trump making peace with Russia is so important for so many reasons the most obvious being the safety of mankind, we can't have some wannabe Cold Warrior in the White House. I feel closer to Russia than I do China, I don't see Russia as ultimately that threatening and in more need of our friendship than China who we have merely have business agreement with and antiquated strategic partnership from a time when the shoe was on the other foot with the Soviet Union. Russia and Iran seem like much more mutually beneficial allies than the Saudis and Turkey, we have to start thinking about what is in America's best interest.

Trump, The Great Blond Hope!

It seems in the bag as Trump rises above the minor idiot debate, and as predicted they attack each other instead of saying something of interest to the American People.

They were given a chance to show their true colors.

Hillary makes the news, not for witty snark, but for The Government refusing to release emails from her server, that were Top Secret and Above.

As Bernie rises in the polls, the DNC supports some ex Mayor, as Bernie was just a filler.

Trump and Family host a little party to support the troops, and walk away as the family friendly, at least he did something useful, Winner!

Give them hairless ground apes some time and they will produce poop, which they will start slinging.

I thought the Internet was a bad example of culture, but they are exposing the source on national TV.

Trump called a Racist and Bigot, by Weed Man, the Canada fag!

Art imitates life, which imitates reality TV.

As despicable as it is, the Internet does have the decency to put in some cute cat pictures.

This election needs some pictures of babies napping with dogs.
