I dislike groups of people, I never participate in group activity like sports or concerts. I get along fine with individuals and my pleasures have little to do with what most people enjoy. I spend my time mostly alone working with graphic art or poetry or go out to visit wild animals. I am not diagnosed and I don't really know if I am Aspie but the online tests seem to think so.

I think it would function quite well. There are many Aspie's that think very logically and rationality. If it was a norm. then socializing would change. So we may socialize awkwardly to the NT norm. But on planet aspie it would be the norm. There are many leaders who have had traits of AS such as Thomas Jefferson.
