I wouldn't know. The issue is that often we don't see to the edge of our own beliefs. To me, the non-existence of God, while a truth arrived at through complex processes and many assumptions, is one that is somewhat obvious. I can't see many of the assumptions as being false either, and as such won't talk about that as if it were a possibility.

What verifiable / falsifiable god theory have the theologians provided for us to believe?

Not much of an argument.

i generally like canadians, specifically because a maple leaf tee-shirt once saved my A.S.S. i once was an adventurer, a wanderer and learned quickly that americans were not to popular in the middle east/east asia areas.
canadians were generally accepted, as if canada was a big switzerland. always carried a shirt with the big red canada on the back. bad situation, a quick change of shirts, problem solved. thank you very much.

If a christian can give a rational explanation for the following: If god who is believed to be by virtually all religions, an all powerful and all knowing being, then by those virtues god already knows what the future holds for us because he knows everything. Despite this knowledge, god created the initial conditions for us from which suffering would inevitably occur; regardless if we believe we have free will, from gods perspective everything is deterministic. God created a world in which he already knew would lead to pain and suffering. Also, this would mean god knew that most of us would die sinners and inevitably burn in the hell in which he himself created. Basically, god created a world for us with the certainty of suffering, and a hell in which most of us would burn in for all eternity. Are some of us destined by god to suffer either on earth or in hell. How could such a benevolent god be so evil?

I admire your ability to put out a really rational arument! If you want a good response from a Christian source, I would look at some Christian apologetics (if you don't already know, apologetics are basically a rational defense for a certain belief system). I have the Apologetics Study Bible, and it has arguments for almost every challenge I've ever heard. Although it's technically directed at Christians, you might get a kick out of it.

Perhaps it is design by elimination. God has Its own agenda. Calling it Good or Evil is anthropomorphizing the matter. Calvinists understand this well.
