I would really bet that the same criticism works for most ideologies. The reason I say this is because the most idealistic versions of most political philosophies really do have a strong disconnect from reality, while realist versions have unacceptable variations.

Good point they have my sympathies I suspect these people are mentally ill , if this ideology where diagnosed it would be a sociopath. It would be interesting to see the hard data are these people self made, most that spew this nonsense seem to have been born with a silver spoon in their gob.

Also I ask myself if society has become so unsuitable for them why don't they go and create their underwater Rapture ,may be they will soon learn the error of their ways :wink:

'Libertarianism', in its modern form, doesn't seem to appreciate that the state is sometimes a necessary evil in preserving liberties and freedoms.

I agree with the general principles of libertarianism for the most part, but I think dismantling public property and the welfare state entirely is madness, and inhumane.
