Th thought of me having a vagina instead of a penis makes me shiver with disgust.

I hear watching Oprah and/or listening to Enya can cause your penis to suck back into your body and become a vagina. You have been warned

That's an urban myth. When you watch enough Oprah, you lose all your brain cells and become a zombie because of all the bad science and stupidity on the show, like this brilliant clip:

I don't understand this dialect of English. She seems to have a headache from having too many thoughts at one time in her head. The picture is really good too.

Because men don't get pregnant. Women do. Thought that was self-evident.

Everyone: read The Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood. The conservatives of America are crafting their future plans from this book, or at least that's what it feels like. It's scary.

They don't need to keep track of every pregnancy. Just don't allow doctors to legally do it unless medically necessary; prosecute the ones that do and take their medical license away. It would decrease for sure. Would there be black market abortions? Probably, but there is black market murder and slavery too.

I'd certainly buy Coffee Stock were the Fetus Fetishists to successfully criminalize abortion.

Dunno about that. But my dad OWNS your dad.

What about mothers trying to intentionally cause a miscarriage? They may not get to do it. But attempt of murder is a crime!

At the very least, jail potential mothers to prevent this.

A Southern state (I believe it was either Georgia or Alabama, but I could be mistaken) recently attempted to institute such a law, where the police would have to investigate all miscarriages to ascertain that they were not intentional.

That's the exact problem with turning arbitrary morality into laws. Make abortion illegal. Make drugs illegal. Make junk food illegal. You are just going to handle a monopoly to criminals. And the criminals will use the money they earn from this monopoly to invest in other things and expand their markets. That means more murder and slavery.

One has to carry the child, be a healthy host, go through the risk of birth and then breast feed it. Nature itself does not want to split the responsibility equally.

*falls over* How did I miss this one!?

I can say as the owner of a vagina, that I do not want anyone but myself and a doctor of my choosing having any say in what happens with my uterus.

Ah, I guess it just sounds like a Mississippi kind of thing to do.

Why does the topic title say "vagina" rather than "uterus"? I hadn't heard that anyone waited until the fetus/child was in the vagina to decide on an abortion.
