Obama Invades Uganda, Targets Christians

This is just another blastedly evil attack on Obama for no reason. Again it implies all sorts of things that are only true in the minds of deluded fools who want to attack Obama for no reason except self satisfaction.
It's called narcissistic behavior, which Obama has a long history of exhibiting. Obama did not send military advisers to Uganda for any form of religious persecution because Obama serves no god but himself.
That's about the most insensible conclusion I have never heard of.Obama didn't what what what? Obama is self-righteous because he didn't serve military advisors to Uganda for any form of religious persecution.
Are you suggesting that if he did send them in order to religiously persecute he somehow would be serving a God? Are you insane?
You claim once again that Obama is bad on an insane pretext that has no actual basis. YOur first example, the 'long history of exhibiting' bit is just a case of Ipsus dixit, a logical fallacy because tyou then don't qualify what you say. Therefore you are talking out of your arse.
The second is just insane logic, worthy of either a need to remedy terrible English or insanity.

Blatant hypocrite. Not to mention a straight up idiot. The man has no sense of competence, only his ideological leanings.
I'm pretty sure you meant to say "world policing", but yeah. Rush Limbaugh is an idiot and a hypocrite. That fact doesn't say much for those who quote him as an authority on anything either.
Please don't point out small typos. It's not very polite.
I'm sorry. You're right. It was obvious what was meant, and that it was a typo. I am sometimes rude and feel bad later when it is pointed out to me, especially since I agree with the posts of yours I've read today.
Thanks. Be ready to jump in when you want.

By killing them? You are right though: I do not think it is such a good idea. Zombie terrorists are much tougher to kill than human terrorists, since they can be repaired to perform multiple suicide bombings. Maybe that is why they dumped bin Laden into the ocean, to stop him from being turned into a zombie. I smell cover-up. I think someone should tell the Libyan rebels to stop keeping Gadhafi's body in a state like that, since it is only making matters potentially worse.
I know for a fact there was a Uganda awareness group at my college for at least 4 years, and I entered the college in 2007, so it was probably there before me. e.g., child soldiers and other sick stuff like that. Glad to see something is being done about it. Although some people decide to attack "Obamaramadan" for it.

Later we can assume he accepted advice from more sane men on how to conduct his campaign. In any case Kony is a madman who needs to be taken down and 100 military advisers hardly constitutes an "invasion".
I am going to repeat this in case some people did not see this. I know it is only a day, but usually the thread gets taken over by the same outspoken people again and again, so it is worth it.

Both sides are resorting to child soldiers, slavery, etc. Why the heck are we taking the side of one group over the other when both sides are equally bad?

In reality most African states have employed or are employing child soldiers. The LRA didn't invent the practice but they have committed mass kidnappings for this end. The LRA is a threat to several different nations in the region. They are a serious problem for local stability. In a choice between two sides that are both somewhat questionable (as is most frequently the case in this region of the world) the better bet is to go with the side that is the lesser evil. In this case, the governments of several countries that are affected by the LRA insurgency. It must be stopped.
I doubt this would even be an issue at all if that idiot Rush Limbaugh had of actually gone out of his way to access the wonderful amounts of free information available concerning the LRA insurgency instead of just crying "OMG OBAMA IS SUPPORTING MUSLIMS AGAINST CHRISTIANS UNITE IN OUTRAGE!! !! !! !! !!"

I'm against us even getting involved in the first place because there is no National Security Issue, neither side has the moral highground, I would rather them fight each other than us getting involved in a mess.
The situation in Syria at least is more clear cut.

No oil involved so why bother?
100 military advisers is not really much of a commitment, this whole event is being blown out of proportion

Study how we got involved in Vietnam sometime, cause that's how our involvement in Vietnam started too.
The US has military advisers all over the world. 100 advisers are selected to go to a region of Africa to provide assistance in stability, the tens of thousands of US troops stationed worldwide (not in Afghanistan or Iraq) are conveniently forgotten. One place they are actually welcomed and it becomes another weak anti-Obama smear campaign. I'm sure if this had occurred during a GOP presidency you would be in support. Probably some Dems and left media would oppose it on principle but it is clear that the LRA is one organization deserving of a mighty smiting

Wow, Rush Limbaugh is even more of a colossal dumbass than I expected. The enormous scumbaggery of the Lord's Resistance Army isn't exactly new news.

I'm against it because there is no side that is morally better than the other here.

Even some Christian fundies were aware of the problem back in 2005.

Can you explain to me how the various regional governments of the area are worse than Joseph Kony and the LRA?

No kidding. Unfortunately, most people in the world have never even heard of the LRA. It makes me chuckle when I hear some fundie Christians talking about how "Only Muslims are terrorists". It brings me great joy to inform them of the LRA. Some will vehemently deny its existence or try to rationalize its actions through various intellectually dishonest ways
