I'm pretty sure that God changed His mind about black people in 1978 after a few chats with Spencer Kimball.

But by all means forego voting for Romney. With Huntsman rendered completely irrelevant (object lesson: Democrats can kill Republic candidates much faster than Republicans can do it themselves) Romney is the last candidate with any hope in November.

Do they even teeth and a good complexion?

Most of them have very good teeth. The complexion is dark, which is good for the tropics. We fair-complexioned folk may suffer sunburn if we aren't careful.

Mormons have about 1/3 of Tonga (and growing), and 1/4 of Samoa.

which are built at regular intervals across the island.

The Mormon church spends a lot of money there, and may have the goal of turning Tonga into the first majority-Mormon country.

I did not know that about Tonga.

How can he say he knows God, yet take away the medicine God has given me?

Mitt Romney thinks pot smokers will go to hell but he would probably start a nuclear war in a heartbeat.

Because rhetoric like that he thinks will get the religious crazies to vote for him.

Stupid enough to have deployed the GPS and put men on the Moon. And we have the best supersonic jet aircraft in the world.

Americans are not stupid (our technology proves it). However we are probably not wise.

He's not my first choice, but by the time we have our primary vote here in Washington, it may very well be decided that he's the nominee.

Or their children who are native born Americans.

There are probably an inordinate number of people with Jewish, Asian and Subcontinent background among the inventive Americans, but Americans they are.,

I wonder why he is so popular? Maybe because he is rich?

Maybe because he has not displayed any racist tendencies, hasn't expressed a desire to impose a Christianized version of Sharia Law on Americans, and doesn't behave like a conspiracy-theorist nutjob.

Maybe because there are people who remember he wasn't always a fanatical right wing Republican, and so hope for him to show some "compassionate conservatism."

Not so long ago he was the moderate Republican governor of Mass. In Mass. the Independents weigh rather heavily so Republicans generally are well behaved in that state.

Isn't that what Repugnican voters look for in a candidate?

Not in Massachusetts. That is where Mitt was governor.
