I had a manager of a store (who has been previously informed of my autism) tell me recently that I couldn't be in the store with my service dog because my service dog wasn't wearing his vest (even though no vest required for service dog) and then told me "if you don't like it I can call the police".

So I said, "Don't threaten me with cops, dude, I'll f****n kill you" and then chased him around the store for a minute (lol)
Basically, I'm sick of being threatened with police violence in order to "deprive" me of my "rights"...
Now, did I literally mean, "I'll f****n kill you"? No more than 2 boys around the same age in grade school do when similar scenes play out... I hope he was good and fearful too, those same feeling he wanted me to feel with his threats and mistreatment... Now, would I vote to have him or the cops who also use threats to deprive me from equal access to goods and services on a regular basis to be thrown in jail?
No.
I hope that manager got the message loud and clear. If you have to call someone to fight for you, perhaps you shouldn't be threatening to do so when you can be nice and resolve matters very rational instead. You still got to get to the phone, idiot. (lol)

People who threaten the use of force, either direct or through a 3rd party get absolutely no sympathy from me when they get beat up for it... I see it as "fighting words". "Do what I say or I'll beat you up and make you" or "do what I say or I'll call someone to beat you up and make you", especially if what you say happens to be particularly invalid ("you have to leave because your dog doesn't have a service vest on", for instance) is not the best way to resolve a matter without incident, it can't even be mistaken as such. "do what I say or be victim of violence", I don't think is something that sits well with anyone and I can't imagine it triggering anything other than "fight or flight" response out of whoever is threatened.

That being said, I'm not for jailing folks who use this filthy tactic to exclude autistics even more from the world but if those who threaten happen to get their asses kicked for it (or chased around a store or even out into the parkinglot), I am all for supporting autistics defending themselves, standing up for themselves and putting those who want to be bullies (either directly or through 3rd parties) in their bully places.

I don't think I have done anything 'wrong' by responding to this most recent threat. I hope the manager got the message and will be nice to others instead of bully in the future. Otherwise, next guy might mean real harm to him and not just chase him around a bit (and then spend a week laughing about it after, lol).
