#xinjangstrong - because Xinjang is the Chinese name for it, but the locals prefer East Turkestan - and #twochinapolicy - because there is only one China, and it is the Republic in exile (although I would give independence to at least the four nations your other hashtags pick out).

Wow. A long list. But pretty much covers it.

Taiwan (already free of Beijing), Macao (former Portugese colony ceded back to China, next door to, and similar to Hong Kong), Hong Kong (former British colony ceded back to China), Tibet (ethnic minority region that wants to break away), and Xinjiang (like Tibet).
