Primitive beliefs are endemic in much of Africa, the Middle East and Texas.
I read the other day that the Texas school board are considering banning the teaching of evolution from the curriculum. Nothing like blocking the truth to keep the students ignorant. I'm amazed how parts of America are so backwards.
Thats because evolution is nothing but a lie. It was made up to deceive people. It just isn't possible. I say don't teach it nor the other so the lie isn't put into students heads. I would have gone after my school had they even thought about teaching evolution.
Cause its an insult to the Christians. Thankfully my school accommodates Christians and we can have services before classes and it was awesome.
Looks like you are well and truly brain-washed. You have my pity. Maybe one day you will start asking questions and find out the truth, but I doubt it. There is only one solution to your problem - knowledge. Without knowledge you are still in the dark ages of superstition. Withholding knowledge is standard practice when brainwashing people - a technique used by totalitarian countries and religious fundamentalists (Christian and Islamic) across the world. I can see no further point discussing this with you. My words would be wasted.

So tell us exactly WHY evolution isnt possible? Please tell us EXACTLY why a bull mud turn into a living, breathing, human(or ANY living creature) without violating BOTH the 1st and 2nd laws of Thermodynamics? And no, the god works in mysterious ways is NOT an explanation! Its bullsh1t artistry.
OK smart guy I'll just start by asking how do you think life started?
How are we here?
Think before you answer.
The belief that order and complexity cannot come about naturally is an intuitive view. How life started is NOT KNOWN at the present time. However, if YOU think you know how life started than YOU BEAR THE BURDEN OF DEMONSTRATING IT!
And just so you know, quotting a BOOK(even if its the Goddamn bible) DOES NOT PROVE ANYTHING.
Now answer me THIS: Can God make a stone so big that he couldnt lift it?

I resent that remark.
I don't need your pity.
There is more freedom in it then many of you realize.
You sound just like Madalyn Murray O'Hair!
Yeah its just a waste coming from you.

If evolution were mere conjecture there might be a problem establishing its validity but it is a working principle in biology and clearly explains not only the changes in the ancestry of all living creatures in the past to the present but also indicates how creatures are changing today to adapt to new conditions and these changes can be seen and measured from day to day. There is sufficient information floating through the net to inform yourself properly and your statement indicates that you are not only uninformed as to how life operates but have not the capacity to inform yourself properly from quarters that are active in the area. This is not an attempt at insult, merely an evaluation from your statements.

This is what the computer game Civilization had to say on the subject:
Civilization wrote:
In the beginning,
the Earth was without form,
and void.
But the Sun shone upon the sleeping Earth
and deep inside the brittle crust
massive forces waited to be unleashed.
The seas parted
and great continents were formed.
The continents shifted, mountains arose.
Earthquakes spawned massive tidal waves.
Volcanoes erupted
and spewed forth fiery lava
and charged the atmosphere
with strange gases.
Into this swirling maelstrom
of Fire and Air and Water
the first stirrings of Life appeared:
tiny organisms, cells, and amoeba,
clinging to tiny sheltered habitats.
But the seeds of Life grew,
and strengthened, and spread,
and diversified,
and prospered,
and soon every continent and climate
teemed with Life.
And with Life came instinct,
and specialization, natural selection,
Reptiles, Dinosaurs, and Mammals
and finally there evolved a species
known as Man
and there appeared
the first faint glimmers of
Intelligence.
The fruits of intelligence were many:
fire, tools, and weapons,
the hunt, farming, and the sharing of food,
the family, the village, and the tribe.
Now it required but one more ingredient:
a great Leader
to unite the quarreling tribes
to harness the power of the land
to build a legacy
that would stand the test of time:
a CIVILIZATION!
the Earth was without form,

Aye, Civilization IV used to be one of my favourite games. Too bad it's so incredibly unrealistic. I liked the Rhye's and Fall of Civilization mod, though.

I am a Christian. What are all of you? I didn't come here to start an arguement. Sorry
Oh, it's alright I'm sure. It's just that most people don't like being told that they are wrong and that it is obvious when to them it does not seem obvious.
There are quite a few Christians on this board though.
Incidentally, this is the argument board though. Anything posted here will become an argument.
