I suppose they are talking about the monotheistic god of the "grand" religions, y'know God with a capital G. <.<

The type that frequently appears in The Simpsons and Family Guy and looks a lot like Zeus?

Basically my problem is not whether I believe in God but whether God believes in me. We seem to have mutual disbeliefs.

Or even the big omnipotant pink space octopus for that matter.

I'm an Aspie and believe in God. If I had to put a label on myself, it would be an agnostic theist. I'm surprised to see so many atheists.

I'm wondering if there is a geographical correlation, if atheists are more confined to one region or not. I live in the Southeast (yeah yeah, the Bible belt) so many people already expect me to be religious.

It's probably more of a subforum demographic or possibly an internet demographic. They have more freedom of speech in most forums.

Sure, the rules regarding obscenity are a bit strict on this site, but how relevant is that to this subforum?

I don't believe in God. It doesn't make sense to me that a loving god would create such a sick, depraived world.

Why do you expect any concept of a god to make sense?

The question is kind of worded funny...

Yeah, but I love how more Aspies/Auties said 'No'.
