It was more ignorance than unconsciousness. I just discovered who Cain is. Fantastic! A business man, a straight talker and a person in touch with reality. The very opposite of Rich Perry and the Bachmann freak. And his is not a plastic man like the Romney creature. However he has two things going against him.

1. He is black and a lot of Republicans will reject him for that reason.

2. He is sane and reasonable and even more Republicans will reject him for that reason.

If he were running I would vote for him in a second.

Uh ruveyn... Herman Cain won the Florida Straw Poll beating both Perry and Romney COMBINED. That's Republican voters saying they like Herman Cain best, which kinda disproves your statements.

Racism is probably more prevalent in the Democrat party not the Republican one. The voter ID laws is because Republicans are fed up with the deceased voting which somehow the undead always show up to vote in Chicago, IL; Gary, IN; etc. yet we have no reports of any brains being eaten.

I didn't say anything about race.

Florida is crazy. Those guys elected Charlie Crist for crying out loud.

I don't think we're in any danger of turning the former head of the 8th best pizza chain in the USA into the leader of the free world.

He can't do any worse than Obama has, cause at least Herman Cain has executive experience.

I've known enough executives to know that executive experience and executive competence aren't associated more than half the time or so.

I kind of like Obama. At least his socialistic ideas such as welfare. He has got a lot of great ideas that haven't been put into action though.

Sure he hasn't done everything he said and he has done opposite of what he promised at times, but he is only one man. People need to understand that he isn't super man or govern all the power people tend to think a president does. There are a lot of powerful people in the united states that I believe he doesn't want to cross. When you hear claims that are most likely true such as Bush and his people listening in on people and so on you ought to know that Obama is up against some pretty strong "forces" and everything he wants to have done is simply not possible in lot of cases. It doesn't have to be people that are at fault, it can also be circumstantial. He simply cannot bring back the troops like he wanted to do simply because it's not in the best interest of many people right now to just withdraw all the military forces even though they should've never been there in the first place.

I am not that big on politics and I may not know everything simply because it isn't that important to someone like me who doesn't fore take in most of society. However from what I've seen/know he isn't that bad of a president, and people tend to give him a harder time than he deserves. Sure he isn't perfect, but I guess we should have learned that already from previous presidents, and when looking at oneself. I don't think there is one perfect human being in the world, nor do I think there will ever be.

Actually, I think it is his policies that are making the situation worse, and thank god the Republicans have stood up to him. Socialism hasn't worked in Europe, and it won't work in the United States.

Socialism who is trying to install socialism?
The trend in america has been deregulation for the past 30 years.
Socialism is just a bugaboo an empty threat.

I am laughing for the idea that Obama is a Communist sith lord that wants to corrupt all of America while heroic Republican jedis were the only ones who stood against him.

Mostly because it doesn't add up. Obama has been the most pro-republican democrat administration in ages. Short of a communist, he is an actual neo-con.

I am also laughing because , if a republican comes to office, he will continue Obama's policies and do pretty much of the same. Yet lunatics like Inurasha and you will prise how pro-business the US government got. All while unemployment rises.
