Have you been reading your well worn dog-eared copy of Das Kapital again? :shameonyou:

The only time I've ever read any of Das Kapital was excerpts of it in a Western Civ class I took in college.
And how is what I call for in any way communistic? I just want a free market that's regulated and responsible to the people.

The super rich are throwing there money all over the place. It is a luxury. That is what they do, because they are super rich. You may be listening to too much Alex Jones or something. I hope you don't start telling me that the Atlantean, Mason, Babylonian, Illuminatian, super duper powerful, 13 family, Macdonald land people are going to take over Disney World, and controll the world from the Epcott Center.

I don't listen to Alex Jones anymore than I listen to his imitator, Glen Beck.
And the rich are doing more than just throwing their money around, they're using it to specifically hoard all political and economic power at our expense.

That is what the rich do. They always have. people let it happen. If you are offered a nugget, you better take it too. If you don't, someone else will.

I'm still wondering where you are going with all of this? If you think it is broke, and you are all into it, fix it. You might be a one man army. But you can do it!

I appreciate your fervor that you think I can be a one man army in fixing the problem. Luckily, I'm hardly the only one, and my wife is in fact an on-line activist.

You can either have a free market or one that's regulated and responsible to the people.

/\ You mean the half of the working class that's willing to work looks down on the other half that isn't? Gee, I wonder why......

You are not seeing the big picture. How can you work if there are no jobs where you live? How can you work if no one will hire you? How can you work if you have a criminal record? How can you work if you don't have transportation and there is no one willing to help you? How can you work if you are partially disabled and do you have support? How can you work if you don't have a social network? (Despite great efforts by our government, it isn't what you know, it is who you know that counts when getting a job).

How can you go to school to improve yourself if it is logistically impossible (doesn't fit with work schedule, no childcare, no schools in your area, don't know about the enrollment process because no one in your family ever went to college)?

For many people, non-skilled labor at poverty wages is all they can expect, or unemployment benefits because they are not connected with the large pools of money and opportunity located elsewhere in the U.S. chronic rural and inner-city poverty is real and there are economic forces that sustain it, forces too big for the individual to overcome. It's not about somebody not being willing to work.

Get off you judgmental high horse and be grateful for the opportunities that were presented to you and the people who helped you along the way!

Then so be it. As long as it benefits the people, rather than the few at the top.
