It seemed like there was a similar obsession with gnosticism LARPing for a while, interesting to see that's tapered down a bit.

I used to enjoy perusing the PPR. Then the US elections started and everybody screamed their heads off for about 2 years, but this is something completely different.

I haven't read much of this general autism discussion forum, but recently received an e-mail recounting that April was Autism Month.

The possibility of mistaking someone who is resurrected in accordance with the promises of Christ as being autistic may have been discussed here previously.

The only reason I aver so is that I have been resurrected to a kingship, so we all come in different shapes and sizes, so to speak.

That the General Resurrection of the Dead is already upon us, I bring in the count here (for Sunday, the Fifth Week of Easter) for the end of days :

Not a new thing.
Before the US obsession with Trump kicked in 2016 there were tons of posts about the Mendella Effect, and folks promoting flat earthism.

Years before that there was a wave of Holocaust deniers. One of the Holocause deniers took a sabbatical from the site and returned years later. Somebody pointed out that he used to be a Holocaust denier, and he denied ever having been a holocaust denier, until the other guy produced an old holocaust denying post of his. But this same guy who denied the truth that he had been a holocaust denier jumped upon the modern flat earth bandwagon during this period when he returned to WP. Someone in that period asked him "what would the powers at be GAIN by lying about the shape of the Earth?", and he replied "the same thing that they gain by claiming that the earth is not the center of the solar system and cosmos. It undermines everyone's faith in God!". So Copernicus and Galileo were all part of the Illumanatti. Just doing their thing for the purpose of undermining religion!. Lol!

The apparent 'one or two posters = collective WP PPR culture' problem.

I don't know if something's just bit me lately but I'm noticing my tolerance for mendacity is quite a bit thinner than usual.

If we took the politics out of PPR, then it wouldn't be PPR anymore.

Once upon a time, during a particularly annoying election cycle, I proposed the idea of splitting up the p, p, and r to livseparately because new politics threads were sprouting up so fast that to write a philosophy or religion post it would be on page two before anyone saw it. What's weird is it seems like you rarely get a big crowd for those topics either unless it's just about a dedicated forum to those topics in and of themselves.
