Away from explicit bigotry, he’s anti-abortion, supports the death penalty, has introduced work requirements for Medicaid, and his COVID response has been dreadful.

He was one of the first governors in the South to mandate masks.Daily Covid briefings begging people to get vaxxed.

I’m on Medicaid and no one has asked me to work.If someone is able bodied and getting temporary assistance then no reason why they can’t do some work.I don’t know one person that has been forced to.And most of this county is on benefits.
I have a family member incarcerated, where they were at was horrible.You have no idea.With one phone call to him I got my relative transferred to a work release and they are looking into what’s going on in the bad unit.

The dude is an inexcusable bigot who enables discrimination and endanger's the f*****g health of people.

Many Republicans are.If you read the article it doesn’t deny any medical emergencies services, it involves doctors refusing to help someone transition with surgery and hormone therapy.The only ones that would deny people that right are strict Christians.
They still have to fix a broken leg or any other medical services.
I’m not defending his stance on that subject, I disagree with him on that.
And nowhere did I say he was perfect.
Still, find another Republican governor who put on a flak jacket and took on white supremacy.
My doctor that wrote my medical script for marijuana supports the LGBTQ community and helps people transition.
It’s up to the medical professional and if THEY are a bigot.
I live here, my Governor.
Try and find a perfect candidate.
