Napalm doesn't work well in the desert. You could use it in cities if you drop it in patterns to consume the oxygen in a given area, but you would have to try and evacuate as many noncombatants from the city as possible before the strike. Fallujah was one place that a napalm strike might have worked with some success.

The US armed forces have not had any stocks of Napalm in years.

Was it funny? When I realized it was a waste of time, I ignored it.

You're both wrong. Remember the "Daisy Cutter" that was so popular to use in Afghanistan? Leftover Vietnam-era napalm weapons that had been leaking in the Arizona desert a few months prior. It proved highly effctive at evacuating oxygen from caves, and it was also a good method of disposing of them.

What would the preacher say when I showed him this post of you ridiculing a young, idealistic woman crushed by a bulldozer?

Semantics. They changed the chemical formula. Same weapon, same effect.

The preacher would say she was aiding and abetting terrorism.

“In times of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.”
-- George Orwell

War is War-does it really matter what you use to kill your enemy? Personally, I feel even if Americans were made aware as a whole that it was being used-it would not change their mind set. Those against the War in Iraq would still be aginst it and those in favor would most likely think we should use it more often! There have always been unfortunates caught in the middle-I dont see that changing anytime soon. The civilians in the Towers back on 9/11 were unfortunates too! And jet fuel burns the skin from your bones too. In regards to Fallujah it is sad that the insurgents/terrorist/freedom fighters? Whatever you chose to call them put their own people at risk by dwelling among them and conducting terrorist attacks as well as beheadings in the midst of the innocent they hide amongst. That being said perhaps WP is a necessary and effective evil?

The link/movie below does contain some graphic footage of the aftermath of WP-but the beheadings are also graphic and so is the footage of people jumping to their death from the windows of The Trade Centers(sounds Ill never forget!). There is something graphic taking place somewhere in the world with every tic of the second hand! If you look for the ugly it is not hard to find! America doesnt own the rights to it! We just have more media resources to spread it. Perhaps ignorance is bliss afterall? I envy the ignorant sometimes, actually alot. I often wonder what its like to go thru the day and not think about these things atleast once! Sometimes-I wish I had taken the blue pill! :?

No, not at all. White phosphorus is an extremely instable element, previuosly used in matches. It's outlawed in many countries except for chemical demonstrations. It's also more poisonous than the red phosphorus.
