12.06 percent of the US population was non-Hispanic black, that pretty much translates to, hypothetically, every time you group a hundred people only 12 will be black.
That kind of makes any random group of people much more likely to be all white.
It also, hypothetically, means that if everyone voted voted in this Presidential election and voted their own races there was no way in hell Obama could have been elected - twelve percent of the vote will never win.
So, there were a pretty substantial number of non-black voters voting for Obama.
If racism is a prevalent as some people claim, that would have
not happened.
