So its more like teenagers getting mauled by bears for smarting off, not really children by the standards of that time,

Quoting the Bible out of context doesn't prove anything other than you are taking things out of context.

As I have mentioned multiple times before, those quotes are not out of context. There may be context that is not mentioned, but not context that makes them mean something other than what is literally said (which is what 'out of context' means).

In other words, teenagers are ready meat anytime the impulse to swat them comes up.

honey, I neither cited nor said anything about teenagers. You clearly didn't bother to read the citations in the thread that I mentioned.

I am seconding what AceOfSpades said, and I know what citations you're referring to, this isn't the first time I have heard that argument either. You took the passage out of context to for your own ends.

It was a group of teens that were essentially threatening a prophet's physical safety. God sent in a wild animal to protect his servant from harm, that is a lot different from the picture you are painting of God slaughtering children for being rude...

I repeat, I said nothing about teenagers in the passages that I cited, nor anything about prophets, nor anything about wild animals. You again prove that you read nothing of what I cited.
