How do you know current views won't look just as stupid to people 2,000 years from now? The time when we think we know it all is a Dark Age. Most of what we "know" keeps changing from century to century, and will never stop being proved wrong.

well, views from 2,000 years from now will be different and probably gaining more technology and a lot more knowledge then, people would look us as ignorant and primitive comparing to them. (That if humanity survives) It's obvious, with what you said you just supported kt-64 argument :?

You are right, things keep changing from century to century, apparently things related to sexuality is taking too much time to change for the better, but it will.

Should Christians have sex? Of course they should! They're only human like all the rest of us.

All sexually reproducing creatures should have sex, not just humans. I get what you mean though.

You were the one that said all sexually reproducing creatures should have sex.

Read a few of kt-64's post in this topic. He thinks it would be better if Christian's didn't have that right.

Oh OK, sorry, I was talking to someone about a different thread, so that last post doesn't apply to this. I apologise for that then.
But my point still stands that anyone who wants to have sex and can find a consenting partner(s) should be able to, but it shouldn't be expected of people if they don't (whether they're Christian) or not. Is that what you were saying?

Sort of. But I believe marriage is the best relationship for that activity and should be kept between the two.

I don't believe anyone should have to wait until marriage to have sex. And I also believe there's nothing wrong with someone having sex with more than one person at a time.

QFT There's nothing worse thatn a strict Fundamentalist Christian upbringing. I had to suffer through one for 18 years. Haven't been back to church since. I wonder why.
