The first entity in existence, a top-down or "mind-first" entity that was powerful enough to create the universe (or, depending on your theoretical-cosmological inclinations, the mulitverse).

Honestly, I don't quibble a lot about definitions. If a person expresses a belief that seems questionable, then it can be scrutinized, and if you are curious about your own faith stance, then you can bring up your idea for examination.

That being said, I will just say this:
Deity usually doesn't just mean "first entity in existence", it tends to be a purely mental/spiritual entity, but creating the universe isn't the most important function.

Pretty much a good number of the people on our list are likely naturalists(or reasonably close to that idea), and if you are a variation from naturalism, or if you espouse a very strange notion of this, then the real question is whether the variation is so much that it seems to include a concept that seems religious enough to not be identifiable as "atheist". However, many people are self-identified atheists.

Actually AG is far better read in the matter of theology. Somewhat in the category of an avid fan of Tolkien and his intricate nonsense. I merely rely on my general understanding of science and a modicum of good sense, something pretty absent in advocates of religion who seem to have somehow inherited a neolithic turn of mind. AG takes these clowns seriously and my rather fulsome sense of humor destroys my capabilities in this area.
