Until oneness with God is achieved, one cannot go to heaven. Since we're doing warnings.

Orthodox Christian, which means that I am not Protestant, not Evangelical, not Roman Catholic, not Charismatic, not "non-denominational", nor any of those sects. Likewise, the doctrines of my Church are millenia old--and verifiably so--yet not quite the same as any of the aforementioned sects.

ORTHODOX!
WE ARE ALL OF ONE ORTHODOX CHURCH!

Now, there might be some family squabbles within that Orthodox Church, and there are a few tiny splinter sects that call themselves "Orthodox"--but they're easy to spot, since they make a big deal over how most of the Orthodox "aren't really Orthodox".

I happen to have been accepted within a "Greek Orthodox" parish, but since I moved to another town, I now attend a local "Serbian Orthodox" parish--but both are equally Orthodox.

THERE IS NO IMPORTANT DIFFERENCE BETWEEN "EASTERN", "GREEK", OR THE OTHER "TYPES" OF ORTHODOXY. They are merely different jurisdictions within the SAME CHURCH.

Over the years, I have become rather tired of the pervasive ignorance that so many have about Orthodox Christianity.

I would like to point out that I do believe there is only one way...but I'm not going to beat you over the head with a Bible or make fun of you for your beliefs. That isn't the right way to go about anything.

though not relating to a religious discussion, one time a very whiny girl on my myspace friends list was whining again, about how her life sucks, and how she never gets to see her boyfriend (the girl has gone to expensive private schools all her life and is going to the best college in the area and is from a rich family who spoils her, and she sees her boyfriend every day, literally) and strangely enough, the google-generated ad at the bottom of the bulliten said "Crying Baby? Understand why babies cry and what to do about it! (insert childcare info website url here0" and i busted out laughing cause nowhere in the bulliten were there any words relating to such an advertisement XD

Do you believe in Islam as opposed to Christianity?

General Relativity. Time and space curve, bent by the gravitational mass of the Universe. The future is the past.

Charles Darwin. Some life forms evolve into more complex life forms.

John 15:1. I am the Vine. The Father is the Vine-dresser. Every branch in me that does not bear fruit, He takes away. Every branch in me that does bear fruit He prunes that it may bear more fruit.

1 Corinthians 12:27 "We are the Body of Christ and individually members of Him.

Ephesians 4:15. Rather speaking the Truth in Love we are to grow up in EVERY way, into the Head, into Christ.

Ephesians 4:10. He who descended is also He who ascends far above the Heavens that He might fill all things.

Gospel of Thomas Verses 18 and 19. 18. The disciples said to Jesus, "Tell us, how will our end come?"

Jesus said, "Have you found the beginning, then, that you are looking for the end? You see, the end will be where the beginning is.

Congratulations to the one who stands at the beginning: that one will know the end and will not taste death."

19. Jesus said, "Congratulations to the one who came into being before coming into being.

If you become my disciples and pay attention to my sayings, these stones will serve you.

Non-militant Atheist. Don't tell me I'm going to hell and I won't point out the inconsistencies in your faith :D

I'm an Agnostic Atheist, in that I can't prove that God absolutely doesn't exist, but y'know, chances are as much that there's a kettle orbiting the earth to me. I am also uncomprimisingly anti-Theist but wish for a world where we're all plainly Apatheist. I could also lend myself to slight Buddhist and Sufi influences.
