Question for Christians
Then there's the layer of religion dropped on it from the pope (if you're Catholic), the Queen if you're Church of England or any evangelist you feel like believing if you're Born-Again.
You can apply your twisted morality any way you want. (For example; there are Autistic babies made in God's image, so maybe he's autistic). Much of the old testament makes it clear that it's perfectly find to murder heathen or bad people (or misbehaving wives).
Personally, I wonder if Disney got it right? Maybe we need to be listening to our built-in Jimmy Crickets? (Conscience). Of course, the conscience of a sociopath is somewhat different from the conscious of other members of our society.
I find your common sense refreshing.

JIMINY cricket, damnit. All night the crickets keep yelling JIMINY, JIMINY. Why can't people get it right?

I believe that they are not recognized. In the defense of the document, such people are rare now, and probably were rarer then. However, yes, it can be argued that the Bible is incomplete due to that issue.
Well, intervention of the Holy Ghost involves no sex, so no sin is involved. Miraculous events are usually considered somewhat above the law though, and one can argue that if God wants something done, he can make right to get it done.
I there's something I decided, is to not try to debilitate people's faith anymore, it's just plain mean, it's their way of thinking, what makes them secure, happy, removing that is just mean.
Having said that I will say I don't believe in God, at least not that character, I still give the beneft of the doubt to creator force, since the universe is so mysterious you never know. And I may believe there are some spirituality issues in religions that may have roots in real things, real human things that people experiment, such as faith, karma, etc. What I really don't believe at all is the historic part of religions, for example the story of Jesus of Nazareth.

That many religions indicate helpful moral values cannot be denied. But one of the functions of comments is to indicate that many beliefs have very insubstantial foundations and if the moralities have real value they must be examined from other directions than blind acceptance through unsubstantiated claims. It's just a cry for thinking more clearly with validated facts and workable procedures.
With this line of argumentation I could easily promote the idea to add a strong opium-like substance in all drinking water and food. Perhaps all humans would die lethargic sitting in a corner, but happy.

If it's their choice to consume the opium and they like it, then it's fine.
Actually I'm a believer that the human race naturally craves for drugs, instead of destroying and satanizing them, we should be ahead trying to create the perfect drug, just like Soma in Aldous Huxley book, a drug that causes little to no harm and simply makes us happy.
^I concur.
Reality is a drag, why make it moreso when there are many resourceful options for us human folk to delude ourselves into believing. I mean what a drag to know that we're all going to die anyway.
In a mutual sense...might as well make ourselves as happy as we can since life is short and s**t happens.

Actually I did get it right initially but it looked wrong so I changed it... oops.

People how take drugs do not (normally) declare their visions and ideas whilst being high as the divine inspiration to which all other must follow to became "saved". They also do not organize themselves into churches or even occupy a mini-state in middle of Rome. And most important: They normally do not play with their visions the big political game or make claims how other had to live.
Off-Topic: Agree.

well, the Bible mentions eunuchs, which in the case of a physical difference due to chromosomes, they may be related, but the issue of gender identification may not.
