I have noticed that there is a strong incrowd culture on this website. One has to be left winged to be accepted here. If you're not, you dont get any replies. Are there people heere who know website(s) where they accept an asperger for who he is, not because he has the same worldview?

It's simple demographics, the whole internet is like this. You'll find small pockets of conservative thought but on the whole it's a very liberal place simply because of the age of most of the users. The idea of an 'incrowd' on this website is a little bit silly.

I haven't really noticed that. I'm somewhat liberal, but I think I'm kinda closer to the middle.
I don't know if you're referring to PPR or not, that really just gets too heated for me, I don't see much point in arguing all that stuff all the time, since usually the arguments don't matter much. I've noticed a fair number of other people here who usually try to avoid political and religious discussions. That doesn't leave much room for being liberal or conservative. I think that a lot of the more "in" people are those that avoid saying controversial things, and politics tend to be pretty controversial.
Besides, if you "don't get any replies" people probably don't disagree too strongly.. otherwise they'd reply and say so! Many people also have unrealistic ideas about the proportion of people who read something that reply to it.

I honestly don't understand the purpose of this thread.. Did something specific happen that upset you? Does saying stuff like this make you feel "righteously persecuted"?

Tim Tex IS the 'incrowd', Fbthew. Tim has the highest post count in WrongPlanet history. He was suggesting a smaller site might not be as daunting to someone that is just getting started.

Its got nothing to do with liberal orconservative, its about left wing fundamentalism here. If you think different you're out, just like the soviet union.

Liberals are referred to as "left wingers" and conservatives as "right wingers."

I am not liberal; I am a moderate conservative. I voted for McCain, and I think Obama getting a Nobel prize for doing nothing is shameful and that making the prize a political award lessens its impact when someone who deserves it gets it. Am I now going to be blacklisted for this statement? Of course not. The Soviet Union comparison is absolutely ridiculous.

And I thought that most people here were right wingers?

I guess because we have a fair representation of people from outside the USA, and most non-Americans do not completely share the views of America's Republican party, that we do get a few people expressing views that are not entirely endorsed by Rush Limbaugh.

Okay, I'll see if I can reply to some of your topics.

I couldn't find any of your topics. Can you provide some links? Or else start a few new topics?

Yes it is normal practice you'd know that if you'd read the TOU agreement before joining. Please elaborate as to why I'm a fascist. There's plenty of things i'd like to call you in return but I'll try not to for now and let you explain yourself.

Yes, it is normal practice to move topics to appropriate forums. This has to do with the political leanings of the members, not autism, so it was moved from general autism discussion (you know, discussion about autism) to politics, philosophy, and religion (you know, discussion about politics).

You don't see it, racooneyes? You are CLEARLY a fascist for disagreeing and providing a backing argument!

Also, fbthew, I thought it was the left-wingers you had a problem with? Fascism is on the extreme right, not the left.
