I Feel Mr. Shami Khorana's pain

Mr Shami Khorana argues for the need to increase H1b Visa workers. Since no sane congressman interested in his/her own re-election would pass such an increase in H1b Visas I have a suggestion that should help him:
My advice that the US congress repeal the constitutional amendments adopted during the presidencies of Abraham Lincoln and Andrew Johnson (the amendments that abolished slavery), With the removal of the horrible shackles of big goverment on the free market, business in the US can finally yield the profit margin that Mr Khordresh desires. Worker productivity can soar to new heights. Commerce will not be burdened with expense of paying the employees, providing healthcare or retirement benefits. The economic benefits can trickle down America's working classes as people are needed to find the chattel, Ooops I meant to write abundant plentiful inexpensive labor, take them to their new lives and link (sell) them to willing employers. Moreover Americans will have to be employed in order to to properly motivate the new workforce.

As a nation we should not fall behind or the inner city pimps, or powerful prison gangs in terms of this newly rediscovered, enterprise friendly and innovative business plan.
