Im sick of Gordon Brown trying to bail out the rich and the banks. Sometimes I wonder if Thatcher had a sex change and gained a shedload of weight...
His corporate policies are ruining this country. The working classes should be the ones who get tax exemptions, but no, that would mean some fat bloody MP Might not be able to spend umpteen thousands on a moat around his house. I hate labour, and the Tories. They more or less are the same. All of this corruption is happening under our noses, and we do nothing about it. I cant understand why people don't say anything about this, first, the publics hard earned money goes to some corrupt twat, and then Brown is talking about tax exemptions for the rich?! The public should be enraged about this, and every MP who has spend their expenses on s**t should be arrested and jailed for fraud. Its embezzlement of public funds. If you worked in a shop, and you took money from the till, you would get fired and likely sent to prison for stealing and fraud, but the MP's can just say "sorry" and get away with it?! Theres a damn double standard here! Greedy PIGS!

Banker's bonuses are on a whole other scale to MPs expenses.

Wow you're telling me. I'm sure some of them would laugh at just having a second home.

The public do the same thing everytime something like this happens. They get all angery for a while and then the whole thing blows over. The fact is they should have gone to jail for fraud and yet because they are MP's they didn't. The whole system is a joke but that's the way it's gonna be until people actually do something about it instead of just complain...

They need to change those ads to say "Benefit Thieves - It's not if we catch you, it's when we let you off"

Indeed. The MP's expenses thing is diverting attention away from them, and the public is getting angry about duckponds instead of lining up the bankers against the wall where they belong. What we need is a few carefully targeted murders of high profile capitalist pigs to discourage the others.

*ahem* Oops, was that a wee bit Marxist? I'm sure I'm too comfortable to advocate bloody-handed revolution.

So, um, to answer the question, yes, the MP's expenses thing makes me very angry - because the real bastards are getting off unscathed, and presumably laughing over champagne on their yachts.
