It's true. With the exception of a few incidents, African countries on a good day are just as well off as they were under European rule. For example, Zimbabwe and the Congo, Rwanda hasn't accomplished anything that Germany or Belgium could not have done better (and prevented the genocide), Mozambique is only stable due to a little known long term effort by western missionaries (everyone came out a winner on that massive farming project), and South Africa is rapidly turning into a bigger and bigger dump due to the ANC. Within many social circles in South Africa, it is socially acceptable to say that blacks are genetically incapable of running a government by themselves.

I know. There were good-intentioned studies in the '60s to try and develop teaching techniques tailored for inner city black kids and some other minorities to keep them up to speed with the rest of their class/year but it became too politically incorrect.

Your statement is not only bigoted it is ret*d and misinformed. You attribute failures and successes of governments to skin color without explaining exactly how would tyranny of a minority magically make for better economy. Your small picture ignores nearly just about all factors involved in a country's economy and well-being.

IQ is a terrible metric but if you speak of intelligence itself, you will probably need LOW Intelligence to believe such BS.

Racial realism, as espoused by David Duke. Very nice. Ever consider that oppression leads to lack of education thereby leading to less educated people? I doubt it. But you should probably work on raising your IQ. And while your at it, actually read some history.

Neither of you consider the developmental process that colonial powers instituted on their colonies- they had no reason to educate the people, or build any major infrastructure outside of what is necessary to export and exploit for external gain. Though Germany did make some efforts at going about it better then, say, Belgium, they were also responsible for genocide in Africa in the early 20th century. From an economic standpoint, colonialism was lose-lose, as no colony was ever really profitable for their home country, and the effect on local populations is still being felt to this day

I was thinking about that recently. Where are all the Eisenhower Republicans? The Conservatives who base their conservatism on actual Conservative ideals and not 'patriotic duty to Fox news, guns, god and hatred of difference'? There is no room for moderates in the right anymore, unless they hide their moderation

I heard about racism, David Duke, and IQ tests for races so I thought I would drop by and say hi.

IQ tests are a joke. Some people with Asperger's have a hard time living despite having high IQs. These tests have nothing to do with any basic, normal skills needed to live, so they should not be trusted for worth in society or if someone can contribute to the community positively.

Racial realist -> Racist. Just had a couple of extra syllables in there.
