Exact longitude, latitude, sea level for heck?

What is the exact longitude, latitude, and sea level (above sea level, at sea level, below sea level) for the place called heck?

Preliminary calculations suggest heck (lake of fire) is located at the burning garbage dump outside of Jerusalem, Israel. There is limited speculation that heck is located under the burning garbage dump outside of Jerusalem, Israel, with a narrow chute from the top of the garbage dump which causes all those who enter heck to slide down to the very center of the earth/the core of the earth which is heck.
