Speaking of Canadian humor -

A letter to us from a friend in BC took two weeks [two days if it had been from Seattle]. One we sent him a month ago still has not arrived.

Has the NDP got a plan for this?

In Ottawa they are probably at this moment counting mail-in ballots from three elections ago.
