I was about to vote come May 2 and even signed up to swap votes with a Liberal. And then I lose my wallet.

Yes, you need one Photo ID and one non-photo ID.

Do they have provisional ballots? I would think there would have to be another way to vote.

I just found out that if you live with another registered voter they can "vouch for" your identity under oath. I took use of this option and held my nose to vote for the Liberal candidate rather than the New Democrat.
