Thoroughly apolitical. One day at a time; one person at a time. Fine detail work instead of the more powerful but far less precise work of politics.

Since I detest politics and cannot be apolitical. To be apolitical one must be neutral and indifferent toward politics.

"Let's all join the happy frogs..."

But it is so simple. Open your heart to see the positive qualities of the ape-political and you can join us, the great spirited apoliticals.

I know you can do it, there's a good fellow. If you do, I promise I will find ONE positive quality in Chomsky.

Politics actively pisses me off. I don't know anything about it, but I know what I hate :?

There's too much BS in politics for me to be interested or involved. You have to be aware of the "rules" of politics to play the stupid little game, which I have no capacity or patience for.

No. To many people of my generation are, and there's nothing I hate more than an uniformed voter or non-voter.

I assume that "uniformed" voter is a finger glitch and not [Freudian?] subconscious slippage.

There is this big problem:

Today more than ever, how is the person of any generation who is not already in office supposed to become reliably informed? It is easy to be programmed. But I do not have access to trustworthy data beyond the level of my township board where everyone is neighbours. They do not even write their own speeches - how can you know who / what they are?

Why? No one is obliged to participate in the political process.

We are only obliged to obey the law.

True, however voters are an integral part of maintaining the illusion of democracy. Without any voters, what kind of system would we have?

Democracy is wretched. Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for dinner.

Well the last few elections I disliked to the Republican and Democrat candidates so since 2000 I've voted for Ralph Nader.

I am not sure, all I know is I do not support the democrats or republicans....and I find the whole act to be pointless considering the corporations pretty much can have their way by paying everyone off including the government. So yeah I do kinda care about what's going on but I am not really taking either of the mainstream veiwpoints on it.
