Unlike me, most Canadians don't have Celiac Disorder. Does that explain it?

In Canada we have been blessed with the opportunity to benefit from British government, French culture and American know-how.

Sometimes, though, it feels like we got saddled with British know-how, French government and American culture.

I think the French portion of their history explains that.

The real question is why do non-celiac affected Yankees NOT put gravy on their fries?

British government gone to the dogs & needs reforming fast. Last years election summed it up.
The parliamentary expenses scandal & the voting problems on election day had taken the piss with the public in the UK.
A few days after the elections on my local radio station a Canadian ballot officer was interviewed (Shes an online listener of a last nite take show on holiday as she born in my city). The woman was asked about the Canadian election system compared to our mess.

You Canadian guys are luck for having an organized voting system.

Are you talking about the gravy with fat milk and flour? Cause that sounds gross, maybe if you put some spices in it would be good though.

One word: Poutine. French fries, gravy and curd cheese. The greatest thing about living in Quebec.
Note: You are responsible for your own cholesterol & trans fat intake ;)

I prefer my fries crispy and to taste the potato rather than mask the flavor.
