As long as the coining of word's isn't completely illegal, and this may have already been coined in some form or another but IDK, the term Christian-o-phobia would be to mean that somebody has a repulsion towards Christians, or even a hatred of them based on their Christianity.

VETO! I point the finger of withering scorn.

I spit upon your neologism as upon a stinking pile of corruption.

I denounce the proliferation of "phobias" which are just slogans with no root even in the sands of psychology.

I denounce the expanding dump of uncouth hybrids liking Greek suffixes to Latin or [shudder] other preposed elements, and cice versa of both kinds.

I spit on the Madison Avenue ToysRUs hyphens thrown in.

---------------

There are plenty of ways to refer to people who are down on Christianity without buying into their embittered childishness.

Actually, the "-phobia" part means "-fear".

I do not fear Christians.

The word you are looking for may be closer to "Christoperifronsis", from the Greek "Χριστιανός", meaning "Christian", and "περιφρόνηση" meaning "contempt".

I have contempt for Christians.

This.

We don't need to make up more new silly words with 'phobia' in them.

I check with my Greek friends, and the general consensus is that "Christianophobia" really is the most correct term. It roughly translates into "Fear, contempt, or loathing of Christians".

Which has nothing to do with my objection or Ancalagon's. Your removal of the hyphenation improves it but does not fix the multitudinous problems.

Are there groups calling for the extermination of Christian people? Yes. Radical Muslims.
Are there groups pushing for Christians to not marry? Not that I know off.
Are there groups that would like Christians to move away of their countries? Possibly Muslims too.
Are there groups that would like Christians to have less rights than normal citizens? Yeah, Possibly Muslims too.

Those groups would be Christianophobes. That would include many of the Jihad Muslim freaks.

If you are not talking about Muslim freaks screwing with Christian rights and calling for killing them then I am not sure if the enemy you are talking about exists or if you think Christians are supposed to be immune to criticism and that anyone criticizing them is evil by default.
