By almost all accounts, he was a pretty terrible governor. Granted, he didn't have a lot to work and I doubt the Governor Moonbeam's second go around is any better.

California should be divided into three pieces creating two new States. The Republic of Southern California is nothing like the Central Valley or Northern California. Actually L.A. should be made into a National Asylum.
