Christianity is supposed to be about Christ being our savior and Lord, the final sacrifice for our sins if we so accept Him as such. However, that's rarely what I've ever seen in churches. Churches that I've been to seem to focus on such junk as mere socialization, worship songs which are about the act of worship rather than God, and the all important building fund.... good grief. A few mention the gospel occasionally, but for the most part it's completely mundane.

As the man said, God builds a church; the devil builds a chapel.

"Mad Church Disease" is still rampant.

Hmm it's a good things Jews do not have this problem but according to my brother his church doesn't have this problem as much as other their follow the traditional roots of christanity.
