The 9-9-9 tax code apparently came from Sim City

I'm going to wait and hear the rest of his plan rather than summarily dismiss him based on a AP hit piece. If I decide not to vote for him, it won't be based on the word of a hack reporter.

Seriously guys, if you want to debate on the issues fine, but mocking the man because you really have nothing to debate his idea on the merits is rather childish don't you think?

My dislike of Obama is due to his policies and the fact I don't like being lied to.

It has to do with the attempt to slander gun store dealers with Operation Fast & Furious to create a crisis to try to do away with or severely impair the second amendment.

It has to do with Obamacare (how's student loans working out for you), I actually do know that behind the scenes it was a mess (thing about working near a University is you can often hear about what's going on).

It has to do with porkulus.

It has to do with Solyndra and Light-Squared.

So how about you can it with the stupid race card song & dance routine, people have wised up, it doesn't work anymore.

Well the question should be how well did 999 work in Sim City?

If I remember correctly it wasn't that bad (been a while since I played that game).

However, I can think of one upside for his plan, it would save a lot of money when you fill out your taxes.

What if they had an online game for how to fix the economy, like with Sims except have the game set in the same economy that we're in? That'd be interesting (and a bit funny lol...sometimes I'd purposely destroy the towns in the game or make everyone mad haha). I wonder how the Sims would imitate Congress, or the voting process? lol

A hack reporter on what account? Do we have any proof of crap reporting? Don't worry, I'll sit on my butt and wait for an analysis.

Operation Fast and Furious was a sting operation against gun-smuggling to Mexican Drug Gangs. And the last time I checked violent Mexicans in Mexico weren't covered by the second amendment. BUT OF COURSE thin-skinned people would somehow twist that to try and criticize the president.

What, you mean the Stimulus bill that saved the USA from a banking collapse? I am sorry, but Rush Limbaugh, the guy who is selling this sort of propaganda, is the only Porkulus in American politics. This is a narrow-minded insult only used to justify your dislike of Obama and your political clique without actually justifying what you're criticizing him for. It's only a pointless ATTACK ATTACK ATTACK!! ! that harms democracy by replacing it with demagougery.

What? Solyndra was a company that failed after a fall in the prices of silicon. What does that have to do with Obama? If anything the FBI raid shows that Obama ism't really bothered or cares much about people checking on Solar Panel companies. You'll have to tell me about LightSquared yourself.

Because no one actually uses any sort of race card to defend Obama on the left except occasional radicals I guess. THe only time I ever heard uproar when during the tea party there were racist placards. And those times when Obama was called a Muslim, and when he was compared to hitler. Execrable, detestable, purely disgusting.

Also any sane person would disagree with your accusations at least somehwere because your condemnations are either just nothing more than tracts regurgitated from right-wing pundits who currently feel that trying to twist everything in to a bad light is somehow conducive to your country, or you use fallacious, not to mention defensive, economic, social and political arguments that rely on blind faith or rumour-mongering. I bet the left does it to, but if you say that then it would be pot calling kettle black.

It would save the rich a lot of money.

Remember: about 1/2 of us do not pay any federal income tax. Under his plan, our income tax rate would suddenly go up to 9 percent. And, the taxes of rich people would fall dramatically to 9 percent.

Plus, we would suddenly be paying a 9 percent sales tax (apparently on top of state and local sales taxes). That will certainly have a greater impact on the poor than on the rich.

As usual, it is all about making the rich richer and the poor poorer.

Heh nice try.

The original thing was Project Gunrunner, which started under President Bush, the guns weren't being shipped to these cartels until Operation Fast & Furious which was under Obama.

Furthermore, to bring you up to speed the Gun Dealerships were voicing concerns and the ATF agents on the ground were voicing concerns. The DoJ lied to the Gun Dealerships, and also told the ATF field agents to shut up and do as they were told.

Then we have Obama running around claiming that it was the fault of the Gun Dealerships, but unfortunately for Obama's DoJ at least one of the Gun Dealerships had taped their conversations with DoJ officials and blew that narrative to pieces.

Heh, the Democrats didn't need a single Republican vote, to pass their monstrosity. Would you like me to find a video quoting Nancy Pelosi about having to pass the bill to find out what's in it.

In my book, if someone told me that, I would vote no period.

If stimulus had really worked, wouldn't still be in this mess. Fact is those shovel ready jobs weren't exactly shovel ready.

You do realize that the Department of Energy potentially broke the law when it comes to the Solyndra situation.

LightSquared is a wifi company whose product jams GPS systems that the Obama White House was trying to get their product approved on the open market despite this fact.

You left out Democrats in congress, the lamestream media, etc.

Then explain the over $2 million dollars the Department of Energy paid for Solyndra's legal fees...
