Aspies To NT to Republicans

At work I was trying to explain to them how I see NTs from a viewpoint as an Aspie. Then I though of Islam and how they, just like NTs don’t like any criticism of their belief, what they think they know is the truth of the universe. Then I thought about the other side ,The Republican party, I done a google search and I found this.

conforming to the lib label is conforming too. I don't understand calling myself either of them because liberals and conservatives are both stupid. Conservatives because theyr crooked and liberals because theyr cowards.
Though I do like the humerous article I believe I've seen it somewhere else, apparently they added in the republican parts.

I am a Republican and an Aspie, as well. I once read the results of a survey which said that conservatives generally have more rational analysis behind their political choices. That wouldn't stand in the way of more Aspie's having conservative leanings than liberal leanings.

It depends on what kind of conservative stance you carry. If you support integration of church and state your a total idiot. If you support a common moral fabric for all religions (or lack thereof) it's not so bad.
Things like 10 commandments on the court grounds, "under god" being made mandatory in the pledge of allegiance, ban on gay marriage, these things are purely bias towards christian views. And religion and politics should not be mixed. Also, evolution shouldn't be taken out of schools, the most you could argue is it shouldn't be made mandatory. Most schools also have bible studies, they shouldn't be mandatory either. Yet alot of conservatives think it should, and apparently they think the 1st ammendment is unconstitutional. When is the last time they had kaballa studies or koran studies or pagan studies in schools?
In fact, when is the last time you seen a mosque or synagogue out in the open here in America? It's not very often.

First of all, that article was intended as parody, second there is nothing about Repulicanism or conservatism that advocates integration of church and state. So, whoever planted that notion is woefully misinformed.

I am a pro capitalist, minus the effects it has on the environment. I also remember back in the 80s when everyone was for Neil Kinnock and the Loony left Labour. But I lent more to the right. The party as it was back then, could never survive in the twenty first century. Looking back to the 80s Maggie Thatcher and the Conservatives did I wonderful job. I didn’t know why she scrapped school milk, saying parents can easily afford to buy their kids milk. She was right of course; they even had enough money to buy Colas and sodas for their children.

I don't get how being an aspie would have to do with your political alignment...

acutlly... i've found on here who support the FAR left than any other politcal allignment.

Ironically, Sweden is a very leftwing socialist country. It has very high tax system and quality of living, for the average sweetish, is very good. It is hard to get really rich in Sweden but it is easier to stay out of poverty. I guess the worst kind of government is one that forgets to run the country like a business.
