Superstitious nonsense? Belief that the government can cure what ails us is superstitious nonsense.

We have lots of utopian ideologies floating around, some with more impact than others. I think anyone who wants to hide, manipulate, or even hijack or destroy history for the sake of changing us, anyone who has an 'ends justify the means' approach and would even believe that lying to the public is worth what they believe will be a wonderful result - these people are what we have to worry about. If anything I'd have to say the Islamists are possibly less of a threat because they're in plain sight and make little more than a half-fast effort to hide what they are from time to time, the others I can't say the same of.

So is belief that an invisible sky wizard can cure what ails us.

Also I have read Robert Spencer's Stealth Jihad. I wouldn't deny that what he's citing is happening but still I think the success of that has a much earlier tolerance threshold than they're hoping for.

Indeed.

God answers the prayers of those who have already answered their own prayers.

for once i feel it prudent to labelruveyns words as "salad"

though i agree completely that overpopulation and bad management will be our undoing.

The point is that God and His Angels can be completely dispensed with. Is that "salad"?

"Earlier"? Doesn't make sense.

Do you mean to say that Western populations won't tolerate anywhere near as much as the stealth jihadists think?

At the moment I would say it is our current game of capitalism that is the biggest threat. How far can it go? Will corporations go on getting bigger and more powerful? I think they will try and where will it lead to? What is the goal of it?

We are in desperate need for someone to step in and say "enough", we need to agree on the rules of the game and set up a global or at least western monitor to make sure private corporations including banks (especially banks) play by ethical rules.

It was the market aspects, the capitalistic aspects of our economy that put your computer in front of your face at a price you could afford to pay.
