The Tea Party Movement was started by libertarians but the movement has been hijacked and kidnapped by reactionary Republicans. The reactionaries of both parties are bad news to the welfare of the United States.

No. It refers to -where- they dwell, not what they are made of.

The majority of the worlds population live in filth and squalor, victims of disease and malnutrition.

That is because the majority of the world's population live under economic systems that cannot sustain them properly.
