Wait a minute... I've been told countless of times that I'm smart and I'm also a college student too!

Did hear that, Shrek? He thinks I'm an elite. I'm an elite, Shrek!

Don't listen to smart people because they want to tell you what to do. Trust the church and your family.

Yeah, because they don't tell you what to do. lol.

I hate Rick Santorum. I really do.

And I'm a Republican.

Well Vexcalibur, seems more like you can't get it through your head that Rick Santorum was using some sarcasm and basically saying liberals aren't as intelligent as they think they are, which he would be correct.

I don't particularly care for Santorum, but considering when I had my internship out near DC:
1. People could tell I wasn't from the area cause I was too nice, and too polite.
2. I had a hard time finding a bookstore within a 5 mile radius from where I was (simply put there was only 1 real bookstore within a 5 mile radius).

Can't say I'm surprised though considering none of the Democrats actually read Obamacare when they voted to pass it anyways.

Inuyasha has truly embraced his inner Santorum.

Wonder if other repubs will do.

I've seen this video posted all over the web and you're the first one to suggest he's being sarcastic. I rewatched it and there's nothing in his voice to suggest he's being sarcastic. There's no inflection of the voice, he didn't change his tone, he put no extra emphasis on any words, nothing. No one laughed afterward either. If he was being sarcastic, they would have laughed.

He was being very serious.

He wasn't intending to be funny, fact of the matter is that he included "elite" in his speech, essentially he was calling liberals a bunch of elitist snobs, and many liberals that I have met are snobs.

And notice on the wall behind him...he was speaking at Liberty University, so he isn't going to paint liberals in any positive light. He is catering to a specific audience. If he were to speak at UC Berkeley, there would be different rhetoric.

Yes. The U.,S. survived the Civil War and it prospered. The Civil War killed 2 percent of the population and maimed another 4 per cent, yet the U.S. survived, grew, became rich. If the American people can do that, they can overcome the foolishness of the last 80 years.

Err, no. A lot of countries have had civil wars, and prospered. It has nothing to do with change. Except immediate change, but this is some years after your immediate change.
